Fixtures, not just accessories
Everything here is a stock item that arrives ready to use. Nothing is plumbed, nothing is hardwired, and nothing is cut or made to a measurement, so no trade is needed to put any of it to work.
SpaceSaver Company sells storage and organisation for every room: bike racks, wall mounts and shelving for the garage, vacuum and fabric storage bags, airtight kitchen containers, rolling carts for the office, wardrobe organisers and shoe boxes, and an outdoor shed. Delivered across Australia and to other countries.
Whether you are clearing a garage floor, reclaiming the space above a toilet or packing a wardrobe down for the season, this is the full range and what you should know before you order.
Everything here is a stock item that arrives ready to use. Nothing is plumbed, nothing is hardwired, and nothing is cut or made to a measurement, so no trade is needed to put any of it to work.
Nine of the lines here are plumbed or hardwired. Every one of those pages says so, and says that a licensed plumber or electrician does the work. We do not sell a mixer as a weekend job.
Where the supplier publishes a dimension, a material or an airflow figure, the page quotes it. Where it publishes none, the page says so rather than filling the gap with something plausible.
Matte black, brushed nickel and brushed gold all wear differently in a wet room. Each page carries the care rule for its own finish, because an abrasive cream takes matte black off and nothing brings it back.
Free across Australia on orders of $100 or more, a flat $25 below that, and express at $25 on any order. The same numbers are on the shipping page and in the cart.
Whether a bath caddy spans your tub, whether a mirror suits a double vanity, what an exhaust fan needs for a duct run: ask first. It is cheaper for both of us than a return.
Photographed on the products themselves, the way they arrive.

We sell bathroom fit-out and nothing else, so this is the short version of what we have learned: what is worth spending on, what needs a licensed trade, and what to measure before you order.
Storage has two kinds of purchase in it. There is the piece that carries weight and is fixed to a wall or a floor, which is a bike rack, a hanger or a shelving unit, and getting that one wrong is expensive. And there is the piece that solves a problem out of a box in five minutes, which is most of the bags, boxes and carts.
The first group is worth paying for, because the failure mode is expensive: a tap with a plated zinc body pits from the inside, a cheap black finish wears off around the handle, and replacing either means a plumber twice. The second group is worth buying on fit rather than on price.
The wall-mounted racks and hangers need a fixing appropriate to the wall they go on, and the load each one carries is published on its own page. Nothing in this range is plumbed or hardwired, so no licensed trade is required for any of it.
That is not a disclaimer we add at the end. It changes what you should buy: if there is no power near the wall you want a mirror on, a tilting mirror on brackets is a better purchase than a lit one, and no amount of specification will change that.
Matte black is the most popular finish we sell and the least forgiving. It hides limescale far better than chrome and it shows nothing when it is dry, but an abrasive cream or a bleach-based cleaner takes the coating off, and it does not come back.
Powder-coated steel is the safest choice in a garage, where a bike comes in wet and the wall is cold. Resin suits anything that lives outdoors. Fabric and PVC are for what goes away for a season and comes back, which is what the vacuum and storage bags are for.
The most common lighting mistake in a bathroom is a single downlight in the ceiling above the mirror. It throws your own shadow onto your face, which is exactly the wrong place for it.
Light from in front fixes it: a vanity bar at or slightly above eye level, or a mirror lit from the front rather than only behind. A backlit mirror looks better and lights the room; a front-lit one is the one you shave and put on makeup with. The lit mirror here does both.
Three measurements save most of the returns we see. The outside width of the bath across the rim, for a bath caddy. The width of the gap beside the vanity or the toilet, for a cabinet or a rolling cart. And the width of the vanity itself, for a mirror, because a 71 cm mirror over a double vanity looks lost.
